elinizde yedek mevcutsa /test diye bir klasör açın, kurun oraya bakalım kasacak mı eski sürüm yine,yeni db oluşturun mevcut site çalışsın test klasörü şifreli olsun.

eğer kasma yoksa vb4 dün sistem gereksinimlerini sunucu karşılayamıyor olabilir yada siteniz hitli site ise cpu oranını dolduruyor olabilir eğer cpu sorunu ise resele veya vps sistemine geçiş yapmanız önerilir ..

ayrıca vb4 ün sistem gereksinimlerini burdan ögrenebilir,sisteminizin uygun olup olmadığını yer sağlayıcınıza(hostingcinize) sorarak
bilgi alabilirsiniz.
